How to Order
If you are in the GALWAY AREA we are now available for Wedding Stationery consultations in Galway City during business hours, including lunchtime.
A consultation lasts for 30-40 mins and in this time we will look at different invitation styles and discuss colour schemes and how to incorporate your own ideas. After this meeting we will send you by post your favourite designs made up in your selected colours for you to choose from. Meetings can alternatively be arranged in Oranmore, Co. Galway. You are very welcome to order sample Paper Hearts wedding invitations through the post by adding them to the shopping cart as you browse the site. See more information here.

Wedding Invitations are typically sent out to guests 6-8 weeks before the Wedding day.
The exception to this is if you are getting married abroad, then to give your guests enough notice to make travel and accommodation arrangements, they can be sent out up to four months in advance.
Similarly, if you have guests travelling to your wedding from abroad you can sent them an early invitation or else a simple ‘Save the date’ card to let them know when your wedding is to be held, with a formal invitation to follow later.
Ordering your Paper Hearts Handmade Stationery
Ideally we ask clients ask clients to order their wedding invitations 3-4 months before the planned posting date, especially for Summer weddings when early booking is needed to guarantee availability.
We can occasionally complete short-notice orders. If you need your wedding stationery very soon please contact us to see if this is possible.
Once you have seen samples of the Paper Hearts range and decided which style you would like to use for your Wedding, then it is time to decide what parts of the Stationery package you are going to need:
Once you know what your requirements are, we will produce a full set of proofs of your wedding stationery collection.
This will allow you to see exactly how the finished product will look and also gives you a chance to make any final changes to design or spelling.
When you are happy with the final result you will be asked to sign the back of your proof invitations. This constitutes your agreement that you are happy with the finished design. We can then begin production and will have your stationery with you within a number of weeks.
Any changes made AFTER the proofs have been signed would incur a charge for labour and materials.
Payment methods:
Payment can be accepted by credit card, bank lodgement or cheque. We will supply further information about payment when you receive your quote.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering proofs.
The remaining 50% of the fee is required when proofs are returned before production can begin.
If you are living locally in Galway you can collect your stationery directly from us. Otherwise it will be sent by an insured postal service to an address of your choice and must be signed for on delivery.
Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders within Ireland.
